Azerbaijan AZERSU  Naftalan City water warehouse was commissioned by installing gas chlorination and scrubber unit.

Plant capacity: 4272 m3/gün
Chlorine dosage: 500 gr/h

Works done within the scope of the project:

  • 1 pc. 9 m3 washing liquid (NaOH), heat insulated PVC+GRP tank for 1 ton chlorine gas neutralization,
  • 1 pc. 4000 m3 capacity, heat insulated PVC+GRP Scrubber (including rasing filler, grate eliminator spray nozzle, deflector etc.),
  • 4.3 m3 heat insulated PP+GRP caustic storage and dosing tank,
  • 2 pcs. PVC+GRP fan with 4000 m3/hour capacity,
  • 3 pcs. 14 m3/hour capacity vertical shaft PP pump,
  • 3 pcs. 5.5 kW resistance and thermostat,
  • 1 pc. caustic tank mixer,
  • 1 pc. pH measurement analyzer,
  • 4 pcs. DN 300 electrically actuated damper,
  • 2 pcs. level controller,
  • 1 tsp. Chemical pipelines (including all fittings etc.),
  • 1 tsp. DN 300 GRP suction line pipes (including compensators),
  • 4 pcs. DN 300 electrically actuated damper,
  • 2 pcs. Dosing pump,
  • 4 pcs. chlorine gas sensor,
  • PLC and MCC cable, panel supply and works
